The experimental ICO is set by Sberbank and the National Settlement Depository and also this ico issued by LevelOne.
LevelOne is a Moscow-based commercial hall firm.

For the announcement there will be an event at Russian Far East and the Asia-Pacific Region.
In that forum there will be Russian and Chinese officials and journalists.
And finally now Russia officially launched for for new digital financial services called regulatory platform.
