I really like the premise of Elix, but I'm always hesitant to buy a coin after an ICO where it's not available on an exchange that I frequent. I don't like having to make an account just to try to get a new coin, but I realize that this is sometimes the best time to get in, as when new coins are added to Poloniex/Bittrex their price has a spike with everyone getting in on the hype.
