A French woman lost in Indonesia since almost 2 years now...

After deception and lost of patience, I decided to leave France to discover Indonesia. My first stay was in Java where I spent almost 5 months in different cities. I was very excited to travel to Indonesia that I decided to study and learn bahasa Indonesia, and this was the best decision I ever made, and especially when you plan to stay few months in Java where not everybody can speak English (not like in Bali).
The first 2 months were quite difficult for me because the cultural gap was quite big for me. It was a challenging experience but at the end very helpful and rich on a personal side. That's why 8 months later after to be back to France, I decided to go back to Indonesia...this is where I'm living now for almost 1 year and a half.
