Nyantri, Nyunda, and Nyakola.

Nyantri in Sundanese concept means an individual has a virtue of morals that is transcendent nature of himself with the Owner of the Universe. If the concept of transcendence is flowing kaffah in an individual then it may be said that the individual has the nature nyantri (santri in the Indonesian language). So do not be surprised in the past individuals who manifested in the social sciences of the Sundanese, the majority are so vigorously observing the commandments of religion, especially Islam. Morning to afternoon they work with high ethos, but when they have heard the call to prayer they go to the nearest mosque for congregational prayers, rest and lunch in congregation. The exhaustion experienced after working all day did not discourage them to go again to the mosque when the evening came just for praying together and reading (tadarusan) some verses. Last is the concept of nyakola. Nyakola in Sundanese concept does not mean having to go to school and must graduate from high school. Because of the fact that individual high school graduates are sometimes not always in line with all the mindsets and behaviors that even reflect uneducated behavior. On the contrary, there are individuals who are sober but appear from their behavior and mindset as educated. True, ideally this concept nyakola means must school as high as possible for his behavior and mindset integral to the background of his school. But the emphasis in the concept of nyakola is a form of attitude and behavior that reflects as an educated, although he never studied in formal school. Reflects a cultured person even though he or she has never received formal cultural education.
