Still climbing ranks in Cur8 Blocky Road

Long story short, I enjoyed playing Blocky Road and earned some XP, claimed some coins, moved up on leaderboard and gained gaming experience.

But I'm still on Classic Meadow map, and my XP multiplier is 1.0x. For this week's, Weekly Leaderboard @river.walker is ranked first with 194 points. I think he was the top player last week. I wonder how much experience I would need to be at that level.

My leaderboard rank when the gameplay began is much lower and I hoped I could earn enough to elevate my rank. The game by design is an infinite runner where the player must lead a the character through roads, rivers and train tracks while avoiding obstacles all at the same time.

I had about 10 replays of the game in total in total. The first round started and it ended almost immediately because I fell straight into a river and only got a score of 12 and +0.28 XP.

My second attempt began and in the course of this one, I managed to pass some red and white cars and was able to cross one set of train tracks before I was run over by a car. I ended this attempt with a score of 33 and +5.70 XP

The third round was my first successful high score attempt. I prioritized the timing of my movements to dodge the traffic and crossing trains. I was successful in gathering six gold coins in this one. I was able to maneuver through multiple traffic lanes and multiple railway lines with red lights. But, this one ended at when a big truck hit me. The round gave a score of 69 and earned me +38.51 XP.

For round four, I barely played at all, and I ended with a score of 10 and earned +0.22 XP after drowning. For round 5 and 6, I was more consistent and got 67 +11.47 XP and 68 +11.49 XP respectively. For round 7, I was able to get up to 52 points +6.12 XP. Round 8 was another short round, which ended with a score of 21 +0.47 XP, and run 9 ended with my score being 40 and I earned +1.99 XP.

The tenth and most successful round, for that I was very happy. I was faced with a very long and complicated sequence of obstacles, including multiple river crossings, where I had to jump through moving logs to to not die. I also successfully crossed multiple train tracks and busy roads, and I was able to collect 11 coins in this one and get the highest peak score of 118. The attempt ends at when I got hit by a blue car. This round earned me +52.59 XP.

I managed to gather 128.84 XP from all ten attempts. By the end of the game, my scoreboard reflected a total of 320 points.
Overall it's been an awesome game.
