By guidance from a friend @luciojolly who told me which games to play so I'll get more of the coins, I tried the Merge Tower Defense today.

I spent more than half an hour playing the game. It was fun from the beginning but at some point it was more about the goal of reaching wave 50/50 and seeing what happens. I actually succeeded.

I know I could have gotten more of the game's coins but I was new to the game so I was using so many coins to get the weapons when I did not need to.

I played the game two times, the first one was a tutorial and I learned a few things about how to pick the turret weapons, the recovery time for the bomb, stun gun and the other weapons.

To be honest the turrets were not as helpful as I hoped they would be because they have a range where they will shoot. So now I saw why I really needed a good strategy. Although during the later waves like from wave 44, I really needed the turrets because I was trying my best to keep as many coins as possible, avoid spending them.

At some point I wasn't focusing on the turrets anymore but I used my own strategy to keep winning.

My Strategy 🗓️

I stun the monsters when they're slightly close to my turrets so that they're in good range to be hit by the turrets while I wait for the power to push them back. All that is done so that I can create enough time for the blast to load. That's all I was doing. Because those three are free and I tried to avoid spending coins when I understood the value of the coins.

I had about 40 coins but afterwards I had 112 coins. My objective is to hit 500 coins soon so I can share with Cur8 and climb up the leaderboard.

I'll check the leaderboard to see who's on top. If you have any strategies with this game, we can discuss in the comments section because I know that I was playing in medium challenge level so it was 50 waves. If I have to get to wave 100 I'll definitely need better strategies and because of how strong the monsters were getting, I have no doubt I'll need to use coins to keep buying more weapons to shoot for more damage.

I tried a screen recording but it was a long video so it's over 3 GB in size. After compressing I lost the video quality so I could only use a few screenshots.
