No, the PAL server is a different group -- strictly for minnow support and modest upvotes. We are different. We're @thesteemengine . (Not the steemengineteam -- they are different, too.) We promote quality engagement among our members and the promotion of exceptional content in many genres from the creative work of our individual members -- showcased here daily in our group account post, The Daily Whistle Stops.
