RE: Steemit Creatives - An Ambitious Community Project - An Introduction

in #curation7 years ago (edited)

Id love my photography to get some more exposure and to get a fair price for my work. No one will copy my work however. I dont know about other photographers but you steal my work. I will sue the hell out of you. Here in the US thats COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

If you dont think they uphold that here, they do. I once sued a couple for 3,000 for misuse of their wedding photos. Not only did they have to pay me restitution they also had to destroy their wedding photos because I took my rights back.

Stealing is a crime don't do it. Just because its a digital thing makes it no different.

If your wondering how they stole from me. I always include NON-watermarked photos for PRIVATE use and watermarked files for online use. Some people like to forget that usage rights are not FULL rights. If your using it in the general public the author/creator needs to have representation. They are NOT your photos. They are the photographers work.

I like your idea! Upvoted, resteemed and followed! :)

Yes, there is nothing worse than plagiarism, I have ambitions to become a professional photographer and it's something I see over and over again! It's the main reason I started this project as I am sure it is common in other disciplines also.

Just so you know, if you use our tags and win the contest for that week your images would be embedded in the results post. (You would be given your fair share of the post payout. (All SBD divided equally between winners.)

Thanks for the support!

My most recent post as of today. Changed the title, cant change the tag because it was already posted.
