Prurigo Nodularis - Treatments, Cures and Skin Recovery Ideas For You

in #cures5 years ago (edited)

My personal advice when dealing with anything is to stop listening to traditional teachings on these things.  Doctors call a condition a disease that cannot be cured because they A; need to keep you as a customer for life and B, they will always tell you that there isn’t enough research on the matters when in theory there really is.  It just takes some digging and some dedication on your part to not only relieve yourself of symptoms, but to clear them up until they go away and keep them gone if not completely cure the so-called disease, they tell you is incurable.

Doctors will tell you everything and anything to get you to manage symptoms and conditions for life rather then give you a regiment of diet, exercise or a cleaning solution to take care of your hygiene a bit differently.  But those are the three main things that need to be done when you’re dealing with something, they tell you has no cure.  There are cures.  It just takes you to be strong willed enough to take on the thing and battle it.  And although it might be hard at first, the more and more you do things differently, the easier it will become.  Just don’t ever give up on that battle.  You’re in it to win it.

It’s recommended to take a sea salt bath as when the saltwater penetrates the skin and it is absorbed into the blood stream, the salt will remove the accumulated lactic acid within the body and dry out sores and eliminate infection.  But, while this is all good, I would recommend doing a soak with 1 cup of Epsom slat, 1 cup of aluminum free baking soda, and 2 Quarts of Hydrogen Peroxide or 2-4 cups of Apple Cider Vinegar.  When I use the Hydrogen Peroxide and do this kind of bath soak, it literally re-sets the skin on so many levels.  I absolutely recommend using essential oils that are good for you as well.  You can use almost any essential oils, just make sure that these too are organic as can be and absolutely don’t use synthetics.  Synthetics are chemicals and are bad for your skin while natural and organic oils are what we need when we need to heal.

Use Neem.  Neem is great for the skin and has amazing medicinal properties and it’s considered as a time -tested home remedy for all skin problems.  If used properly, you can treat many skin disorders with neem as it is a very powerful antimicrobial agent for treating the conditions as well.  Search how to make pastes and many things with neem that will help heal the skin.

Aloe Vera is also a great home remedy in managing different types of skin ailments because it’s rich in Vitamin C and E which are very powerful for the overall health of the skin.  Also taking some Vitamin D3 can help to heal lesions that are caused by prurigo nodularis for those who have become resistant to taking steroids.  I wouldn’t recommend taking the steroids anyways as this can cause more problems for your overall health and can set you off on a pathway to spiral your healing process instead of transforming your healing process and rejuvenating the body down to the cellular level, which is what we are trying to do in this case.

Thyme is an amazing herb that is great for relieving your itchiness and it has an active compound which can fight against skin infections which you can get from the excessive scratching and re-opening the skin.  I would just add a few drops of Thyme into a
bath soak, or even juice the plant itself with a fruit and vegetable juice made
with a juicer.

Capsaicin can be applied topically because it is a safe and effective remedy as well.  This is the
substance that gives the hot pepper its heat and is great for treating skin conditions.

Ginger Tea is one of the best remedies for prurigo nodularis because it’s rich in gingerols which is a great anti-inflammatory property that’s found in ginger.  These elements
can help in fighting not only the swelling but the itching as well.

Rosemary also has active ingredients in reducing skin infections as well.  I personally have
juiced rosemary and I’ve also used the essential oils in a bath soak that works perfectly at relieving the itchiness and soothes the skin to help you sleep at night when you have any form of itching going on.

Apple Cider Vinegar is another natural remedy that’s great in general for all skin purposed but can also help with the pain and itching of prurigo nodularis as well.  You can include 5 Tablespoons of ACV to your fruit drinks and drink this daily for 5 days to help your body’s immune system and to fight the infection that can grow in your body.  You can continue after
giving yourself a break for a few days in between drinking ACV as well, but you can hit it hard as well.  I’ve done it.  I’m still alive.

Lemon is another remedy I would recommend.  Hit it hard with the lemon.  Juice lemon, grapefruit, a little bit of orange and limes, but you want to always go heavy on the lemons and limes and make sure that these are organic as well because the other fruits have pesticides and other chemicals that are harmful for your body and aren’t going to help to fight the infections and pain that goes along with this condition.

Eucalyptus oil is another great essential oil that’s a must have for those of you battling with this condition because it will not only help to protect the irritated skin, but it will also give you relief from the swelling and discomfort.

Sandalwood pastes or oils are also great for the skin because they are both soothing for the skin but also have other natural ingredients that are perfect for fighting prurigo nodularis.

Vitamins that you need to be getting are Vitamins C, E and A.  All of these are known as skin Vitamins and they can help in the regeneration of the skin and help towards recovery.  I always recommend trying to get these Vitamins specifically from the source, like the fruits and vegetables that have them because they are going to be your number one nutrients and also,
the more you do only fruits and vegetables and eating only a limited amount of meats, you are accomplishing the whole 30 diet as well as battling for your health and security within your skin.

Peppermint essential oil is also a great one to use for itch and soreness of the skin.  You want to
make sure that your body temperature can handle it as it’s very cooling to the skin, but it can also be used as a great treatment for getting rid of prurigo nodularis as there are many benefits of the oil itself and the herb itself.  Again, I recommend juicing and using peppermint along with a few lemons, cucumber, celery, bok choy and apples, and throwing in a piece of ginger as well.  That juice is a must go to for healing the symptoms that go along with having this condition.

Jojoba oil is also a great moisturizer great for treatment as this natural cure has a unique consistency which can help in the treatment plan as well.  It’s been noticed that this home remedy can repair the cracked skin.

I also recommend making this soap using all the ingredients you can get a hold of.  Obviously use as much as you can when you have them, but the most effective treatment I’ve had experience with is by using my own homemade liquid soap for hair and body as a treatment plan and it worked wonderfully for me.  Give this a try!

Learn how to made your own Electrolysis Copper,
Homemade...

One way is to take a few inches of copper and put it in apple cidar vinegar in a jar, orput it right in the fulvic acid bottle.  Little 1-4oz bottle will get the copper to break down.

When you make this without the copper it's very cleansing, but when you add the cooper it becomes medicinal.

Store in a glass container.

22 oz pure peppermint Dr. Bronners castile soap – best natural
castile soap I’ve found.  Very clean!

2000mg of Niacin – to stimulate the blood

3 oz of light roast coffee brewed strong with distilled water
– to energize the skins cells

2 Teaspoons of Ascorbic Acid

1/2 Teaspoon of Sodium Bicarbonate

2 Teaspoons of MSM Sulfur

2 Teaspoons or a little more of Magnesium Chloride – drives
the oil into the skin, Relaxes the nervous system, Help better sleep,

2 droppers full or 20 drops of the Fulvic Acid w/ copper

20 drops of rosemary oil

20 drops of clover oil – disinfectant upon other things

15 drops of Clary Sage

30 drops of Iodine

1 Teaspoon or more of Sole' salt, fill a jar with coarse ground Himalayan salt and fill it half-way with distilled water, add a few magnesium minerals and silica, and you can make this a day in advance for the recipe.

All I do is put all the ingredients together in a mixer and blend up until it’s frothy, about 27 seconds just pulsing it to get it to mix and then let it settle for a few minutes before getting the soap into a jar with a dispenser on top.  Then just use this everyday until symptoms clear up.
Very invigorating stuff.  You’re going to love the way that this soap makes you feel.
