My Philosophy: The reality and expectations law can kills you.

Hello guys and welcome to a new topic always in my series My Philosophy.
Today's topic known by everyone that thorny relationship between reality and expectations.

What is the expectations?

Expectations is that moment when i do something and i waited for the return this last were always positive in our imagination.
Reverse the reality when we do something but we didn't waited for a return, The pessimists are always waiting for the worst, but the dreamers are optimistic and expect the best always.

What is the best choice? To be realistic pessimistic or to be dreamer optimistic?

If you choose to be realistic that means you will never have a dream you will live in life full of routine and boring environment from your house to your work to the restaurant to your house again and repeat repeat repeat...

It doesn't mean the second choice is safe and it is the best no it also have a disadvantage.
To be dreamer optimistic based primarily on the expectations means if you're expectations doesn't came true you will enter into a state of depression this may lead you to suicide, because dreamers are more sensitive than others.

I tried this experiment always i posted a good post the expectation was "oh this post will get more interactions im sure that a whale or dolphin will like and he will support me always" but the reality was exactly the opposite the post get 9 upvotes and the payout was 0.02$.
What kills me more that i have a good content but there is no curator care about or give their attention to.
