Bicol Express with Sitaw sa Kawali

This is not just a typical and traditional Bicol Express because it has strings of sitaw added onto it. Pork strips are cooked in coconut milk to make it rich and creamy, and chili peppers making it hot and spicy. Best served with steamed rice and fish sauce as dip. We really had a great, hot and spicy dish for today's Lunch.... Highly recommended to everyone!!!!
