Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.

This food is one of my favorite. You should cook a lot of rice if you have this dish. Humba is a popular in the Center of the philippines, particularly among the Visayan speaking people. a Filipino dish similar to adobo. It is the same cooking method of adobo in manila. Almost the same ingridients and procedure by simmering the cut pork belly in a marinade of soy sauce and vinegar, brown sugar, bay leaf, and peppercorns. Best part is serve it with rice a lot of rice.
