Wu Tang Wings with homemade Chinese five-spice barbecue sauce and roasted peanuts. Ga Cai Wings smothered in fish-sauce caramel sauce, cilantro and roasted peanuts and nuoc cham dipping sauce. Really crispy and succulent wings, as it should be! These guys are perfect beer matches. Fly with a savory and crispy high flavors.
