You can see this in the street of the philippines. Banana cue is a popular snack in the Philippines and it is a nutritious snack. It is sold on the streets in food carts or in small carinderia food stalls. Cooking banana cue is very easy. Just deep fried a ripe saba bananas and coat it with caramelized brown sugar.
