The experiment is:
Today, try to say something kind to three people.

It could be:
A thank you to someone who helped you.
A short message to an old friend.
Or even a simple compliment to someone you meet.

Don’t tell them you're doing an experiment.
Just observe their reaction.

Will they smile?
Will they be surprised?
Will their mood change?
Sometimes we think small words don’t mean much,

but the truth is that a few kind words can change someone’s entire day.
