It's shocking to me that anyone compares female genital mutilation to male circumcism. Not even remotely the same.
People don't know how extensive FGM is. Patti didn't mean to be insensitive, she just apparently doesn't have in depth knowledge of FGM. I agree, though, there is NO comparison!!
