Aaliyah released "4 Page Letter" as the second single from her sophomore album "One in a Million". The song didn't receive a CD single release rather only on radio, that's why it didn't chart on US Billboard Hot 100. It charted at number 59 on US Radio Songs chart though. It peaked at number 24 on UK Singles chart, and had modest chart performance on European Hot 100 Singles where it peaked at number 97.
