It's the cover of the song by the legendary Joni Mitchell called "Big Yellow Taxi, and it featured some vocals by Vanessa Carlton. The version, though criticized by critics, became a number 42 hit on Billboard Hot 100, and peaked at number 16 on UK Singles chart.
