After hitting the top of the charts worldwide with the lead single of "J.Lo" which was "Love Don't Cost a Thing", Jennifer Lopez released "Play" as the second single. It became a hit back then reaching number 18 on US Billboard Hot 100, and number 6 on US Pop Airplay charts. It became a number 3 hit on UK Singles chart, whilst a number 6 hit on Eurochart Hot 100.
