Just the Sound and Me | Solo Dance in the Park

In this video, I’m dancing solo in the park using an older dance video, now paired with a new sound, Just the Sound and Me.

The movement is completely improvised and was filmed outdoors; the sound was created more recently to match the natural flow of the dance and the open space of the park.

There is no choreography and no performance setup. I’m simply dancing, listening, and letting the body respond freely to the rhythm and surroundings.

The music follows a minimalist world / Latin-inspired groove with a relaxed, walking tempo, leaving room for pauses, transitions, and spontaneous movement.

This video combines past movement and new sound in a straightforward, direct manner.
