Today I’m excited to share something very personal and meaningful — my acoustic performance of “Невъзможно далечен свят” (“Impossible and Faraway World”), a song originally written and performed by Doni (Doni Vekilov).

This piece has always touched me with its ethereal imagery and emotional depth. There is something haunting, fragile, almost crystalline in the way the lyrics paint a distant world made of ice, dreams, and creation. I’ve always felt deeply connected to it — so I finally decided to give it my own interpretation.

🎸 My Version: Voice & Acoustic Guitar

For this performance, I stripped the song down to its bare essence — just my voice and an acoustic guitar.

I wanted the simplicity to highlight the atmosphere that Doni created:

the quiet, frozen beauty

the dreamlike storytelling

the sense of longing for something both impossible and precious

Without any additional instrumentation, every breath and every string resonates with the mood of the song. It felt almost like singing inside an icy cathedral of sound.

Because it’s not just a song — it’s a world.
A place of imagination, creation, and re-creation…
A place where fragile things don’t break, but transform.

And performing it acoustically gave me the chance to inhabit that world in my own way.
