Dansformation 12 Weeks Workout Challenge - Week 9 Day 4 - Back Workout - Meals, Juice, Supplements

Today I continued the journey into my dansformation workout challenge with another back workout, the ninth one from this challenge.
I was away from the gym for a couple of days so today I was feeling that hunger to go and crush all machines from the gym :)
I love to train my back even if the exercises are not so simple and the training is exhausting.
This is the second biggest muscle group from our body and even if we don't see it to often into the mirror, it's a must to train, same like all others muscle groups.
I also work in front of pc for many hours, to train my back is a must because I don't stay with it straight and sometimes I also feel pains. Growing my muscles on the back I'm sure that will only help in our day to day activity.
What exercises I did today :
Wide-Grip Pulldown Behind The Neck : 3 sets of 8 reps

Neutral-Grip Pull Ups : 3 sets of 8 reps

What did I ate today :
Shake : sunflower seeds, 1 banana, 1 teaspoon of green barley power
Red beans, corn, egg, cheese
Juice : 3 oranges, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 piece of celery
Salad
Spinach with eggs
What supplements I took :
Green barley powder : 1 teaspoon into the first meal
Creatine : 1 measure in milk immediately after workout
Whey protein : 1 measure in milk immediately after workout
Casein : 1 measure in milk before bedtime
This is how my day ended, overall was a good day related to my training. Now I have recent data to compare, days with workout into my schedule and days without workout.. I have to say that I feel way better when I train my body.. also I don't feel so much stress, tiredness or other related things.
In conclusion, if you have time just do it ! It will pay back.
