VEGETABLES ACEH "KULAT JUMPUNG"
Hi steemian,
This is one type of aceh vegetables are very tasty, its name "Kulat Jumpung", this vegetable is a seasonal vegetable because it can only be obtained after the rice harvest season is over.
This vegetable grows from the bandage and pile of farmer's straw after harvesting paddy in paddy field with its life time about one month after which this vegetable will be old and withered and should not be consumed again.
This vegetable is only delicious in consumption when still young because it is still fresh, in cooking sauce or in cooking using noodles instans will add to the delicious taste of this vegetable.
That is one of the typical vegetable aceh that can be made to become a favorite culinary.
