Rehabilitation of offices in an apartment

Cometa Architects, González Martí and Faidra Matziaraki, are at the origin of this sublime transformation of old offices into a loft of 250 m2.

Located in the historic center of Barcelona, this sublime apartment is now the property of a young couple. This huge open space is an uninterrupted flow of living areas and private areas. The original and industrial stamp of the building was put forward by the architects, the noble materials rub shoulders with the industrial design and the pieces of contemporary designers.
