      Hola David, tenemos un problema!
      Después de alquilar el apartamento por un mes más, queríamos devolver el resto (315,17€) del depósito al antiguo inquilino a partir del pago del nuevo inquilino.
      Pero ya teníamos que pagar la nueva caldera de gas y sólo 500€ de alquiler.
