Great technique @avizor, here in South Africa we often barbeque chicken on a kettle BBQ with lid but push a can of beer into the cavity, obviously after having a few sips first ;) Congrats on the curie upvote!
Thank you lizelle :-) with an kettle bbq sounds also an good idea. Unfortunately I don’t have one. And yes, I drink also some nips before ;-)
