Chalk It Up -- My Daily Fantasy Basketball Journey Vol.20

Yesterday we had a tiny 3-game slate which makes it really hard to differentiate lineups in big tournaments.

However we did have some value picks that made it a bit easier to construct lineups.

First we had D'Angelo Russell out for the Brooklyn Nets which would mean higher usage and minutes from "Spencer Dinwiddie".

Then we had Dwight Powell from the Toronto Raptors who would be out. This opened up minutes for "OG Anunoby" and CJ Miles. I ended going with Anunoby.

After that I wanted to lock in two studs in "James Harden" and "LaMarcus Aldridge".

I then wanted "Clint Capela" at Center who has been red hot.

I then looked to the Boston Celtics who would be playing a pace up game against the Brooklyn Nets. Since Kyrie Irving was just coming back from injury and I went with "Jaylen Brown" and "Jayson Tatum".

From there I picked "Dennis Smith Jr." as my other point guard as he has been red hot as well.

Finally filled in with "J.J. Barea".

Results:

I ended up in 4291st place out of 119048 entries and finally cashing again at $10. I finally ended the losing streak.

Total Profit for 20 Days: -$25.19 + $5.56 = - $19.63 Loss
