Why not visit the village of Saturnia instead of visiting the spa?
Yesterday I realized that I had forgotten to share some other photos that I had taken, in fact, I celebrated with some of my dearest friends also the women's day in Montemerano in fact I went to the Passaparola tavern, which is practically located in an Ancient Oil Mill, and there I was able to enjoy some meat with potatoes and also some pasta with some delicious mushrooms, I'm sorry to say it but it's always the occasion when I come to these parts to eat in some little place, and for me it was the first time in this place but I must say that in any place in Tuscany you always taste something very homely, something that unfortunately in our times has been lost a bit, especially in the big cities.

The idea of dining inside an ancient oil mill at the Passaparola tavern sounds like such a unique and atmospheric experience. I completely agree that finding that authentic, "homely" quality in food is becoming a rare treasure compared to the fast-paced nature of big cities. Did the mushroom pasta have a specific local variety they use in that region?
