Show me a garden that's bursting into life

Hey, fellow creatives.
I've been enjoying Adobe Illustrator and here's my second artwork. Anyone who's familiar with Illustrator might know, how important and fun 'Pen Tool' is and that's what I've explored with this one. The artwork is based on the picture shared below.

The title is given by my cousin whose superpower is surprisingly finding the perfect lyrics to describe a picture. Yes, she's a photographer :)

Btw, the lyrics in the title is from 'Chasing Cars' by Snow Patrol.

Here are some attempts at finding a good background color and man, it's hard. But these are the kind of problems I am happy to deal with :P
