First steps on the road to the Doom of DIV!
I
have been busy getting the initial dev environment set up to start working on DIV, and there is now a tidied up whitepaper with a properly generated table of contents which you could alternately view using stackedit here.
The repository lives here, and is now in a state where, if you get your Golang/Glide environment set up in your chosen development environment (I highly recommend Ubuntu 17.04, but there should be no reason why any version of linux, indeed mac and windows can be used), and you can start joining the party.

There absolutely will not be any of this elitist read my code or suffer not using my crappy application bullshit when this finally goes live. There is no mining in DIV, it is a p2p back-end-and-front-end web-application, when it rolls out, there will be binaries available for all platforms, including repos for all common types of package managers, for linux, as well as mac and windows binaries, and absolutely everyone, whether coder, designer, artist, writer, photographer, journalist, what-have-you, can join the network from day one.
No mining
No pre-mining
No platform chauvinism
No elitist crap
and
Good quality documentation!
Just the goods that everyone wants, and a level playing field from day one.
I can't wait! I will be your biggest supporter.
