Stone gardens are unique and beautiful and definitely add some character to a regular garden, deck, or smaller backyard. I love how you included detailed instructions for making one here - it's the season to create wonderful things outdoors so this post will really be helpful for those who are looking to try something like this! Aside from plants like mint, what else would be ideal for growing in a stone garden?

Well any plant that doesn't become huge should go well here, the fun part is to make that fountain close to your door, so you could hear the sound of water, and could just step outside to grab some herbs for your tea or cooking real quick :)
