I can only reply in English, I think you asked if there is SP available to delegate. Yes you need to put in a market order and if the APR you set is high enough someone may fill it. I like to fill around 20% APR personally, make sure you put in small orders, 1500 SP or less more people can fill, you can issue multiple orders.
