Eating earlier in the day aids weight loss by curbing appetite

There are lots of suggestions how to lose weight. At times, people are already confused which ones to obey.

We are actually eating early in the household. About 6-7am in the morning, and 6pm for dinner. But some in the household with high weight didn't seem to lose a lot despite their efforts of controlling food intake.
