“Sell by,” “use by,” “best by” — expiration dates can be confusing, which leads to a lot of food waste. One man ate expired food for a year, which we all will be afraid to eat. It was a part of his year long experiment and he thinks that if the food expires it doesn't mean its time to throw food.
