Cuomo of New York has promised to legalize cannabis is New York state in 2020.

New York is facing a budget shortfall of over $6 billion, and the legalization and taxation of cannabis could help close the loop.

Currently, there is a model for proper legalization in Illionois.  The amount of revenue generated there was staggering.

Good job, New York!
