Hah I love rolling joints, but I think if I turned it into a full time job I would start hating it over time. For me the making of a joint is a meditative process. Over here in Norway its way more common for people to smoke joints then any other method of ingestion. I guess america have a different culture around bongs, pipes and such. Oh and like anything else in the world, if you do it more you will for sure get better at rolling joints @bongripsbigriffs ;-)
