I've never played poker, but after watching this video i can say that you are purely an multi tasker because at one moment you are playing four tables and in my opinion you have an good hand on this stuff that's why you have played with so much effectivity. And after watching this video and reading this post what i really liked is, as you said, you took small break had something to drink then replied to some comments and came back, sometimes when we work enthusiastically we miss simple things which can refresh us, as in your case you took small drinking break and these type of moments can help us to coming out of one phase and help to move into relaxing phase to some extent.
