Thank you for asking--it is a wonderful project! I consider myself a plant world ambassador and have my home base in a place that actively researching communication with the plant world. If I lived in a "traditional" city, I would love to become an ambassador for your program.

At the mycelium stage, filaments are growing by adding new cells ( Ambassadors are recruiting new ambassadors)
When enough mycelium has been produced and if proper conditions are reach (temperature, moisture, days/nights cycles, moon cycles) then mycelium are producing carpophores.
(Ambassadors are producing video, images, tweet, articles, songs and other marketing tools)
The carpophores are producing millions of spores.
(The marketing tools will influence millions of people that will send 1 € to plant 1 tree)
Forest cannot regenerate without fungi, because aerobic fungi degrade lignin and cellulose.
(Ambassadors are using piece of woods for their habitat)
This is why Forest need « 2M tree by 2020 »
We need more tree for the future.
At this stage, the size of your village does not matter, are you able to recruit another ambassador ?
When a group of 200 ambassadors will be implemented, we will be able to raise consciousness of million other ones.

Beautiful project! My mission is to inspire people to reconnect to the plant world every day and actively work to eradicate "Plant Blindness". For many, that means planting and helping others plant more. I also work on EU level projects that restore ecosystems and create circular innovations to bring nature back into every process of our lives.
Have you thought about connecting with the TreeSisters project? They have a huge campaign to plant a billion trees a year. It is geared mainly toward women, but they are open to all that want to work together on this important cause. I could introduce you to one of their representatives if you would like to bring more visibility to the project.
