As for quality content, well I dunno, seem like a lot of photographers and artists are doing well enough for themselves? And everything on #utopian-io that qualifies for their program support program is chugging along.
There's a deluge of content to sort through here every day -- it takes an effort of its own -- so it's not that surprising that some forms of content, particularly those that require a more significant time commitment, get less attention.

As for onboarding, perhaps some sort of "sponsorship" or "grant" program where one could apply with a showcase of their specific talents could be the answer?

And that said, what sort of content would you prefer to see get more attention?
