i prefer dancing meditation then "normal" meditation! :) somehow i feel better afterwards. i always get annoyed when i have to stay still and concentrate so hard in not doing anything.
dancing, on the other hand, is not thinking at anything, but being myself!
so i feel renewed :)

what type of yoga do you practice? in india i learned a kind of hatha yoga, but i don't practice is either. running after a child is enough exercise to keep the mind healthy for the moment! :))

I love a good dance sesh too. Thankfully we do a lot of dancing @gardenofeden :)

I lean towards ashtanga vinyasa, but I like kundalini, yin, and Bikram too. I'm more about just moving however I want to move in the moment without defining it, just giving my body whatever it wants and needs rather than being super uptight about it.
