North and South Korea marching together at the Olympics was a big middle finger to the US. It appears that the dream of reunification is alive and well on both sides. But when you look through the US mainstream media all you see is words of condemnation, talking of "appeasement of the north", "why it won't last" and how it has "sparked a backlash". Sparked a backlash alright. But not anywhere on the Korean Peninsula !!
I think the South Koreans have realized that peace on the Korean peninsula is not the US's priority. In fact, it goes against their destabilization agenda and imperialist ambitions.
