BEWARE
This is wron
sudo cp -p cert.pem domain.crt
sudo cat privkey.pem fullchain.pem > domain.key

This is ok. =
$ sudo cat cert.pem fullchain.pem > domain.crt
$ cp privkey.pem domain.key

sorry the mistake.
