Don't waste money setting your posts to 100% Steam Power!

 What a 100% post pays for:

Let's say your post makes $ 12. Of that, you get $ 10 after the curators get their share.

• With Steam at (roughly) $ 3 each, you would get 3.33 of Steam Power (or $ 10).

Now, see what you would get from a rewarding split 50/50, where half is steam Power and half is SBD.

 What a 50/50 adjusted post pays:

We will use the same scenario. You made $ 12 on your post and got $ 10 after the curators.

• Half becomes steam Power, for example $ 5 = 1.66 steam Power, assuming they are at $ 3 each. ($ 5 x $ 3 = $ 15)

• Half comes as steam Dollars, but Steamy pays this as if one steam Dollar equals one US dollar, so you would get 5 SBD.

Now, today, a steam Dollar is worth approximately $ 8 US dollars, so your 5 SBD would win you approx. $ 40 USD.

The same post, set to the 50/50 option, would have earned you $ 55 instead of $ 10.
