I wish these Downvoting turds have the manners to indicate Why I they downvoted.
Looking for the wheel option: "Buy 100k Steem, really power up, then Downvote him/her/it back."

I think you've hit on something...

Use a secondary account to flag all the posts of people who are easily triggered but have the means to buy a lot of steem
They buy a lot of steem and power up to revenge flag
price of steem goes up because of all the steem being bought
profit!

I noticed these were mostly new accounts with no posts, a few having an unusually high SP for their Rep level as if 'bait'.
