What alternative do you propose?
TBH, I don't have any alternatives yet because I have missed the talk. Will try to catch up with the recording and the discussions.
But in the first glance, when I read the questions of imacryptorick in the first post, like "who is in charge forming the committees" I have thought what's bad about self-organized/decentralized teams/working groups. (instead of a centralized committee of committees.)
