Worked out all right even without planning, love the blurry background lights, really does look like they're out enjoying the nightlife :) and the lights seem to have carried over nicely to the main subject :D

Since I'm usually planning first before drawing, I am not confident with using a different approach. My brain can be very undecided about a lot of things, stupid brain ^^;.
