Creepy friendship

She was 12 when she had her first one. She's called Bianca. The resemblance between the two of them was strange, and they have a picture of them dressed up alike for Halloween, and it's truly creepy they could be sisters.

When she first met Bianca, it was during junior school welcome day, so the week before 7th grade began. They realized they had all the same subjects, same hairstyle, same eye shade, same height, their mothers looked alike, both of their fathers were useless, it was truly strange. So she says to her "Do you want to be close friends?" Now, at this point, she was still a very shy, nerdy comic reader who did not have many friends. She still doesn't, but that's by choice these times.

She immediately jumped with the yes yes yes and was over the moon. "Mama, mama, I've got a bestie, I'm so happy.

Classes started, they become attached at the hip. Staff hated having them because they would insist on doing everything together. She started having some medical concerns and in the afternoons, she would leave to go to her clinic for checkups. So her timetable changed. Her new subject that was in the mornings didn't have Bianca in it. She later found out she tried to change her timetable so she wouldn't be without her, even going so far as to beg and plead to her mother and foster father to bribe the headmaster.

In this class period, she fell into a tiny group of friends, Morgan, Riley and Kiara. Morgan and her hit it off even better than Bianca and her. Morgan and her had a lot in common, and she would always ask about her, but Bianca made everything about her. So while she still talked hung out with Bianca, she was also involved with Morgan and her other friends.

Bianca hated this. It got so bad that for about three weeks, she would get restroom passes and then hang out outside the class door, waiting for her to come out or trying to come in, slip in without the teacher noticing.

She then would beg her to tell her everything Morgan, Riley and Kiara would tell her in secret, as friends do, and get furious when she wouldn't. She had a habit of digging her fingers into her arm or finding some way to hurt her that would leave a bruise, but not for long.

Long story short, after about 7 months of her constantly following her around, messaging her, calling her apartment, the days of home phones, starting gossip, she ended up getting pulled out of classes.

That's when she finds out from Morgan that they used to be friends, but she would constantly do the same thing. That season, she found that Bianca would be everywhere she was and constantly trying to get her to talk to her. Her and her family moved before the term started, and the next year, three years later from her experience with her, she was in the papers for having damaged the tires on her old boyfriend's truck because he broke up with her. He drove it into a fence and, thank God, escaped with only small injuries.

She helped at her nearby pet rescue when she was 17, and they had a new helper, Marcus, come in after she was there for about two years. Marcus wasn't traditionally attractive, but he had a smile that would make any girl's stomach turn to butterflies. Truly had a like clown Prince personality. Always making jokes, always trying to be the funny one. He had a rough home life, father was in prison for illegal dealing, mother was a secret escort and he was trying to be a decent person. Marcus and her got assigned to the puppy section, washing, playing, walking, for about three weeks, the workers would switch off sections every three weeks, but she was allergic to rabbits, or so they thought at the time, so she mainly did puppies and rare animals and she got to know Marcus really well. He had messy hair, denim jacket, tall and slim, troublemaker but soft inside type of personality, and she started having feelings for him.

About 3 months after meeting him, he asked her on a date. Just breakfast, maybe walk around, again, vacation town and just get to know each other without 40+ pound puppies jumping all over them. She was excited. She wouldn't say she wasn't pretty in secondary school, but having kept to herself, the boys didn't really pay attention to her and if they did, it was in rude jokes humor, except for her friend group, but they had the unspoken rule of they don't date within the friend group.

So she got all ready, met him at a nearby diner, and that's when things started going badly. She was 17 and he was 20. Those who lived there knew everybody and if you didn't, you knew somebody who knew somebody. You knew everything about everybody who lived there, even if they just arrived. So when she dropped this date onto her mother and foster father, they weren't creating problems. She was a good girl, her foster father knew his relatives and they were in public. You can't get away with nonsense in this town. So yes, it's an age gap, but just keep in mind quiet towns have strange social rules that cities don't.

So they went on this date and it was okay. He brought up some strange topics, but she just thought it was him having strange interests, she did too so she didn't think too much of it. They become friends and he ends up leaving the pet rescue at the same time she does, she got a far better paying job. A few weeks into this job, she meets who would become her first real relationship, it's a very long story and she tells Marcus, she REALLY likes this boy. Marcus, loses his mind completely. He's like, how dare her meet somebody when they had something, how dare her drag him along making him wait until she's old enough, how dare her think anyone else can have her.

This is all crazy behavior from this guy. She's never seen or experienced him be controlling. She had three VERY close male friends and he never had a problem with them, but the minute she shows romantic interest in somebody else, everything exploded.

She ends up blocking his contact and him on every online platform she has. About a few weeks goes by and he finally stops trying to contact her. Her coworker, Ethan, decided to make it serious, she's 19 at this point and they start actively, publicly, being together.

She comes home from doing shopping, she's an adult now, she finds 3 bundles of lilies on her doorstep. She thinks, naturally, that they are from Ethan, but instead, the note says from Rabbit to Luna.

Marcus and her had an inside joke because they were huge fans of Through the Looking Glass, the novel, films, style, everything about it, and so they would joke with each other that she's Luna, he's Rabbit and now she's freaking out. She unblocks his contact and calls him to come get these, she's not accepting them.

He refuses, doesn't know what she's talking about. For the next 4 months, every Thursday, there would be 3 dozen lilies on her doorstep. They could never prove it was him, even when they put up a recorder, he had the flower shop deliver them. She still lived at home, woke up one time to their four puppies crying because somebody was blowing a training whistle at 3 a.m. Just the wildest, unexplainable things. Eventually, they caught enough proof that she got a protection restraining order against him and he later moved away. Last she heard, he had three different mothers of his kids and got arrested for child neglect.

She's happily married now with her first baby on the way.
