She had a fake life

She created a fake online persona at the age of 16. She had a fake name, a fake personality, fake everything. She believed in fake it till you make i guess.

The thing is she started making it up as a joke, but it stopped becoming a joke, and continued for almost a year. She was living the fake.

The internet, for whatever reason, took everything she posted, and there were absolutely no questions asked by anyone who was even close to her, accepting that this fake person she created, was indeed a real person.

She was making a lot of pulls, a lot of lies, and eventually she stopped seeing the lying, and the truth was that it was just the normal, even for her.

That should tell you, you could lie and lie until you believe in your own darn lies.

She was lying, making up her whole online persona because being herself was a lot harder than being a fake person. The plight of the Young social media girl these days am I right?

Eventually, the fake online life started merging with real life to the point that she didn't know where the lies ended, but eventually she just deleted and told no one, and the persona totally vanished.

She sometimes thinks about what was going through her mind back then to keep this up for so long but it was never a scam and no one was hurt.

Now that she's older, she knows this was a weird, complicated thing she did to help herself cope and, thankfully, she grew up and out of that lifestyle.

That makes the most sense she could give to this wild staged fake life online. The question is, what would have happened if she kept this going long enough to actually hurt her reputation.
