The freedom that no one sees
Freedom isn't about going wherever you please,
nor is it about saying everything that comes to mind.
For the heaviest constraints
are unseen...
and reside within.
We shackle ourselves with outdated ideas,
with fears we inherited without ever experiencing,
and with the expectations of others
that we've worn for so long,
that we've forgotten who we truly are without them.
Freedom begins
when you stop asking permission to be yourself,
when you don't measure your worth
by fleeting approval
or a fickle opinion.
When you understand that peace
lies not in the multitude of choices,
but in the clarity of choice.
You are liberated when you make peace with your imperfections,
not to surrender,
but to evolve authentically.
And when you realize that power
lies not in controlling the world,
but in managing your inner self
amidst a chaotic world.
Inner freedom is
choosing silence
not because you're afraid,
but because words will add nothing. To leave
Not because you are weak,
but because staying will cost you your life.
And when you attain this freedom—
Everything changes silently:
Burdens lighten,
Paths become clear,
And life becomes
simpler...
And more genuine...
And closer to your heart.
For he who is free from within,
will not be bound by circumstances,
Nor defeated by losses,
Because at last,
he possesses the most important thing:
(Hisself)
