What I want from AI

The whole thing looks so reversed to me right now. Millions of people especially the young ones are hooked to AI to a point where they feel incapable of doing things on their own.

I doubt anyone really brought an end goal to AI besides telling you what it can do for you. I don't care what it can do unless it has something to do with the healthcare or money or what will bring people together.

You buy me an AI robot that can cook and clean for me while I spend more time reading, writing, talking with family and friends, building my skills in art and business, that's a perfect life.

An AI that will do my homework is not different from a friend that will do my homework. I will see a lifesaver but in the long run, I'm hurting my own future intelligence and my friend is helping me do that. That's what AI is also helping us do. The only way AI is good is if it helps not replace and if it brings efficiency and not justify more laziness.

Some manual labor can be done by AI but not all work must be done by AI. We are living things designed by God or nature or whatever you believe in. There's a reason for the brain and its abilities. If we create a system where the majority do use their own brains for deep reasoning, I have to wonder what will become of us centuries from now.

Today, we make reference to our forefathers and the hunting, building and art skills they had. It's my opinion but a lot of today's movies don't have as much talent as those in the 80s and 90s. CGI and lazy director writing is affecting movie industries.

I watched modern Star Wars and Star Wars when it was getting popular. Look at both movies, the skills used in the old ones is more. The new ones have way too much editing and I barely see raw talents. We wouldn't want AI to do this to every single industry we can think of. I'm not hating on AI. I actually use it a lot to understand stuff I don't understand. I barely use Google search unless it's to go to a specific website.

AI should not stop us from being us. Let me put it right, we should not build AI in a way that purposely stops us from being us.
